Deliveries – Costs and deadlines

You will receive your delivery tracking number by email at the time of shipment.

For France – free delivery with Colissimo, delivered to your home by 48 to 72 hours ( 2 to 3 days) after shipping.

Pour la France – option Chronopost livré le lendemain avant 13h payante (option à cocher lors de la commande)

Internationally – delivery costs 10 euros. Your order is send with Delivengo or Lettre Suivie and delivered to your home within 3 to 5 working days after shipping for Europe, and 5 to 8 days for other countries.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days following receipt to return it and request an exchange or a refund. Returns are free is it is a first exchange.

For returns, contact us by email at bonjour@ourseblanche.com indicating : – Your order number – If you want an exchange or refund. In case of exchange, the desired item in return.

In the case of a first exchange, we will send you a shipping slip to print and stick on your package. In the case of more than one exchange, the return costs are at your expense.

Please pack the package in the same condition in which you received it.

The product must be sent in its original packaging (paper, box, cardboard) and in its original condition. Please refer to the return conditions. Returns and transport risks are your responsibility.
